Have you ever paid attention to the fundamental nature of your own life? I think for many of us the answer is No………….Just step out of the four walls where you have imprisoned yourself…………….And see the gamut of phenomena which is happening in this universe………Just be little sensitive to the life around……….And the source of creation will explode within you…………….If you are paying attention to the simplest aspects of your life………………then you are already on the path of liberation from the self created bondages………………If you have food on your plate, value it………………Because there are millions of people who will not have access to their dinner tonight………….If you have water to drink, bow down to it…………..Because water is not a commodity, it’s a life making material……………If you don’t understand what I am saying, Just try doing this……….Go to a desert in the burning sun and try to remain there just for one day without water……………..Suddenly you will realize what does it mean to have a glass of water…………..If you have someone at home who loves you, have reverence and gratitude…………….Because they are the people who have added meaning to your life………..If you are walking on a street, Just walk with a smiling face………………..This will help bring more acceptance towards others……………..If you do these simple things, Suddenly you will know that life is not happening in separation………………Rather life is happening in union………………..If you want to get attuned to the Rhythm of life then you have to experience it the way it exists…………….And the nature of life is that it is all-inclusive………………Not only life, the nature of entire cosmos is all-encompassing…………….If you become absolutely inclusive within yourself, then you will ride the wave of life…………….And you would have no other choice than being happy & joyful…………….If you try to live the other way, suffering will be inevitable……………The choice is entirely in our hands…….!
