‘Hills Are Calling’

When you cannot walk barefoot on land & wherever you see is an expanse of sand,

When the mighty sun is burning hot and slowly mercury starts rising, this means;

Hills are calling!

When pressure of work takes a toll and you want to get a leisurely stroll,

When internal space starts suffocating & your heart is constantly grating, this means;

Hills are calling!

When you stop liking the urban hustle & want to get rid of this eternal bustle,

When the very source of life within you, starts to feel like howling, this means;

Hills are calling!

When your emotions make you tender & mind stops the thoughts to render,

When you have a deep sense of longing & you feel your life has no meaning, this means;

Hills are calling!

When suddenly your love affair crumbles & your life energies start to grumble,

When you do not know what to do in order to surpass the worldly ceiling, this means;

Hills are calling!

When you miss the nature’s serenity & want to become a part of that divinity,

When you want to experience union & want to have the inexplicable feeling, this means;

Hills are calling!

When all your life you were busy gathering frills & you did it at the cost of your will,

Even after having the mundane things, you feel your life’s call is still waiting, this means;

Hills are calling!

With love for life!

🙂

  1. Beautiful triple alliteration ! ‘Space Start Suffocating’ It does suffocate at times and one can seek solace only in nature . Esthetically Beautiful !
